PHRS Hospitality Experts is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a premium dining concept in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and previous experience in upscale, fine dining, or luxury restaurant environments.

About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, team performance, and operational efficiency.

You will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, coordinating daily service, and creating a professional and engaging environment for both guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service.
• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and proactively engage with guests.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities to the team.
• Support the training, coaching, and development of restaurant employees.
• Monitor team performance, grooming, presentation, and service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
• Support inventory control, stock management, and cost-conscious operations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company procedures.
• Support upselling initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar leadership position.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in upscale, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and international service standards.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English is required.
• Previous international or GCC experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
